High-Volume Crypto Pair Analysis System

In this project, the aim is to develop a system that conducts multiple levels of analysis on various cryptocurrency networks. As an experienced Python developer, your primary objectives would include:
- Creation of a system that can scan various networks to identify pairs with a transaction volume above 200K
- The system should have a functionality to calculate the TVL to Volume scores. A lower TVL to Volume score should render a higher score
- A PNL visualizer needs to be integrated, engineered to display the past week's data, including fees and asset prices
- The system should further enable scanning for open farming accounts 12-24hr old, and project their 24hr fee
Upon your application, please include a detailed project proposal, detailing your approach to the various features and functionalities of this system. Past experience with similar projects will be advantageous but is not a requirement. The project must be accomplished using Python language. Be prepared to provide proof of proficiency if selected for this task. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in a real-world application.
