Custom WordPress Site for Music Enthusiasts

I need a WordPress site with a bespoke touch. It requires the following:I need help creating a standard look and feel, which will require the following:
1. The Solo Ravers Events page currently shows ticket products set up in the WooCommerce box office. It needs to be more functional and use a proper ticket plugin that can use WooCommerce for payments. It will need to handle multiple ticket types, attendee lists, and email PDF tickets to event goers.
2. the Solo Ravers Gear is a basic product page that loads products from a plugin called Printful and needs improving both in terms of look and feel and UX
3. The site needs the functionality to allow DJs to either link to their Soundcloud/Mixcloud accounts or upload playlists to the website and manage these through a plugin
4. Also want to allow event promoters to add events to the site, and we looked at a plugin called Product Vendors ([login to view URL])
If this is something you can do please let me know.
Ideal skills and expertise include proficiency in WordPress development, experience with e-commerce websites, preferably music-oriented ones, and a knack for creating attractive and user-friendly themes. Familiarity with the relevant plugins is also beneficial. This project will require technical proficiency, creative input, and keen attention to detail.
