Freelancer not completing my project
I have posted a small banner project which needed just one hour to complete. The freelancer not doing it for over 2 weeks and requested to release the milestone. I tried to cancel the project but unable to do so as it says milestone pending.
The freelancer is not cancelling the milestone so only option I have is to create a dispute which will take 4 days to resolve means my project is delayed again. (No one value for time I spent and losses I incurred due to delay) I would like to ask from the board if employers will be harassed like this, how we trust the system? There is absolute no way I can raise a support ticket who solve issues like this.
Some people giving freelancers a bad name by exploiting these glitches and genuine employers loose trust on the system
