Contest Brief

First job:
I need a new website but this will also be used as an example which others can copy. We have 100 Associates that work with us and all of them use different web developers at the moment so we want to provide a templated solution so they are not all re-inventing the wheel. Therefore this first site will be mine and will be used as an example for them.

Subsequent jobs:
Our main company is called zest4life and the website is www.zest4life.com. This shows all the different associates that work with us, many of whom will follow us and want their own versions if we create a really professional site for this one. (NB we will also require the main zest4life.com site to be re-designed very soon as it is out of date so I will also need a quote for a much simplified version of this - so the job for this will also be awarded to the person we select for the first job.

I have created some style guidelines and have attached 2 different files here - but am looking for something that looks more professional than either of these.
