Contest Brief

I need a logo for my creative agency which needs to be:
- Modern
- Bold
- Simple

The business name is: Lvi Creative - I would ideally like the text to be in capitals and together; so LVICREATIVE

I need the logo in the following formats:
- ai or psd format
- transparent background PNG
- transparent background all white
- transparent background all black
- very high quality
- all of the above must be done in 280x80 pixels and also 560x160 pixels.
