Contest Brief

I am starting a new web site that will register users interest in land and property. I need the hml and css for the website mockup that must be responsive.

Here are some suggestions for the layout
The top header of the page is to be a menu to have a register and login.
The body of the page to have room for a photo and beneath that a three column display of various menu options for each category of column.
Then on the footer we have room for links to Disclaimer, Privacy etc, other reference sites, and contact details.

  I am looking for a bootstrap theme to build upon. The bootstrap will allow the site to adjust to work on mobile and desktop screens. The backend of the site will be angularjs and access to Postgresql and Postgis. At the moment I am just looking for a nice theme that I can use to start the project.
