  5-6 page with just $200?
  with due respect sir, I think the price is too low. can you increase price? maybe 75/page or 100/page.

  Hi sites like this requires much more coding + design and user interface. As i understand you want a site where users can sign up, upload videos, manage them and other functions like likes shares comments. If so i would recommend posting this as a project instead of contest. Posting it as a project will get you a dedicated person to work with rather than having to go through all the contesters which won't turn out good on the long run.
