Contest Brief

Looking for a logo (£80) that I can use to initially create an email signature for and business card template. Essential Function is a Commercial Energy Brokerage. I sell gas, electricity and water to SME's through to large corporate multi-site operations.

The look feel of Essential Function is innovative, simple & knowledgeable. I don’t want to appear old fashioned, amateur/cartoon like or starchy / samey as other Energy Brokerages.

There are a few pictures I have selected, to give you some inspiration for alternative styles. Your creative thoughts are also valued.
Logo element: I would like to make each of the lines swirling round to represent electricity, gas, water and renewables.
Blue - Electricity
Green - Renewable
Red/orange - Fire
Water - which ever colour combination works. I'm happy for you to use which colours work well.

I think that Essential Function will look good underneath the logo, as in pic2. however happy for you to get creative.

I'm looking for a long term relationshp with designer, as wanting to establish more branding moving forwards, a website, and other marketing ideas.
