I would like to have photorealistic interior designs made for the Bedroom of a FUTURISTIC FLOATING home.

We will have a lot more rendering work for the winner(s) of this contest.

Hello, I wonder on what basis you do assign stars to participants? I could notice that you are putting up to four or five stars to people who don't even take the time to follow the instructions you provided! There are even people who put simply images they copied on the internet without apparently worrying about copyright issues. In your previous contests you specify that you were not satisfied with a job obtained in the past, hence the reason for the competition, however on checking these professional renderings that you always provide, one can easily see that they were always of better or similar quality as the ones you get in your contests ??? In this way, I think you demotivate any serious freelancer to participate to your assignments, however if this is the way you have chosen to get a job done and you are willing to pay for it, I have to respect your choice. I have hired many freelancers from this site to do continuing work. Some have been working with me for 10+ years now. Many of them specialize in different kinds of work even if it is design some people are good at different aspects of design than others so there is always room for different specialties.

  The last 3 competitions I had in the last month I picked up to 20 winners on a contest who all had brilliant designs. There are no entries on this design that got 4 or 5 stars for irrelevant work. In my last competition I did give 4 & 5 stars to people that did not listen to all of my requirements BUT I also specified in those specific contests that I was open to different ideas (like different background images in my last competition). I rejected many for posting work from other places in this competition. The last competition I reported one of the entries for ripping off the work of another freelancer on the same competition. There were some entries that used royalty free images for an aspect of their entry and I asked them about it and the work was available to purchase the rights to so there really wasn't an issue with them.

Hello, from the OBJ file it seems that the design is pretty much different from what you want, so is it supposed from us to change the design of the 3D model?

  yes, the design on the obj file is latest engineering design that I have which is not have the prettier design from the designers implemented.
