Edit #4 (mockup)

I changed the fonts so that both headers are aligned and have the same style. I removed the quote from overlapping John's image and placed it above his picture instead. The only difference between this version and edit #3 is that I extended the gold bar across both pages, which may look more streamlined and consistent to you.
