Animated dynamic looped logo (already vectorized)

Contest Brief

READ CAREFULLY! Your time is money, and so is mine.

Your mission is to create an animated logo using an already vectorized source (each element can be isolated).

You DO NOT have to change the final logo output itself.
That means you can animate it as you want (A to B steps), but the final version of the logo (C step) MUST be as it is on the provided png output.

A = initial step (animation).
B = final step (animation).
C = current file (not animated).

Chronological animation "idea/suggestion" could be like this:

0. The dark background is already there.
1. The 3 red stripes are arriving (remove the 4th extra red stripe).
2. The yellow painting is splashing (like if someone had thrown it).
3. The atomic logo is splashing on it (why not like a sort of stamp effect).
4. Keep the final display (still image for at least 8 seconds before starting again the step 1).

The animated output will be used for Discord animated icon (*.gif output).

Keep the file ratio size and colors.
Don't compress it (I'm looking for high quality) but try to not use a too heavy *.gif.

Feel free to suggest anything much more visually appealing.
We're looking for a dynamic atmosphere.
The best one will be chosen to make some minor changes.

The "Logo-1024p-round.png" is here to show you how it MUST look at the end of the animation (final output).
