I am looking for nothing less than a 'sexy' website. Not in the sense of it being nude or provocative, but in the sense of it being modern and responsive. Design is a priority. I don't mind using a template (example: WordPress) but it must be done by a designer, not a developer. I need creative skill and intuition here. As a creative director I'll be able to sort out good from great. User interface / Information architecture / website design skills are recommended.

Briefly, this is a private aviation school, a budding business. At this point there is only one pilot, the owner of the company, who is teaching. He is interested in growing the business. At this point, he wants to impress with a state of the art website, so that visitors feel confident about hiring him or his school for flight lessons.

I've attached brief sketches. You do not need to follow the sketches, as long as you are a good designer you can do whatever you think is suitable. I simply thought that the layout and function of the recommended design works well.

The homepage design which is attached has two screens. Each represents another background video which begins to play as a visitor lands on the page. I got this idea from Pheonix East Aviation website https://www.pea.com/. I love the feel and look of the website. This is the standard that I will be comparing your work against, although I understand that this project is much smaller.
The home page should be smart and modern and attractive. The other pages should borrow elements from the header and footer of the home page. The site should be designed keeping in mind a responsive design. The final deliverables should be in website format, like WordPress. Think young, modern, responsive, vector icons and graphics to illustrate points

Please spend time on understanding the project before going to the drawing board or the development software.

  I don't yet have a logo. This is why I simply used the word 'brand' in the mockups.
