Contest Brief

I am looking for a graphic design for a t-shirt design. This will be for a martial arts tournament. The name of the tournament is Battle of the Badger State. We would like the name of the tournament in the graphic and then the graphic to include a badger, who may look like he is dressed like a warrior, with a samurai sword or other type of martial arts weapons. It could also include the state of Wisconsin outline somewhere. Looking at the colors to be black, neon green and white if possible.
