I am buying a flat that is still in construction and I don't like the proposal from the architect. The goal is to propose a better solution.

I just want to say that the plan looks really unproportional. Even two human figure is not in same scale. Bedroom door is not bigger than 70cm. The sofa can't be more than 1.30cm. the elevator cabin should be 1.20x1.20 (which is typical for this kind of building). So,jacuzzi is not more than 100x80 which is not bigger than an average bathtub. It can't fit more than 1 person. I couldn't attend the competition but i remember in original design, the bedroom was 12m2. This version cannot be more than 8m2. Which is out of law in most of the countries. I don't know other entries. But i advise client to rethink the scales and ask for a dimensioned cad file to check if the design is feasible. I mean, I, as a spectator, appreciate the effort of submitting 10 entries, But i got really curious about the rest of the design entries

  This was a friendly warning to the client rather than trashing the winner design. At the end, this is going to be his/her house and it would be shame if the result doesn't look like the design :)

Hi Stefano, I hope you are doing well ... I have a few questions which I hope you can answer. Thank in advance!
1. Can you tell us the ceiling height?
2. Is it possible to place the jacuzzi anywhere on the terrace or are we limited by plumbing to certain places? (for bathroom and shower I think we are limited to the area marked in Base Flat for toilet plumbing)

  Hi,
  Thanks a lot for the interest you have on my project.
  The ceiling is 2m50 high.
  The Jacuzzi can be placed anywhere you want as I will build the plumbings accordingly.
  The toilets are indeed limited by the Toilet plumbings.
