Is there a way to incorporate an Elephant into the logo design.

Im looking to get a Logo Created for a contemporary Indian Restaurant. I would like it to be created using some Indian Color palettes. The name of the restaurant is "Not Just Naan" That should be the logo or in the logo. Attached are 2 different color palette options.
