Hey there, I'm Rachel, I'm a serial entrepreneur who has created, built, and sold several bakeries, cafes and coffeehouses. I'm Looking to create a step by step guide that teaches people how to open a cafe. I want to include everything from finding a location, to hanging the open sign. I want it to be very detailed and easy to follow. Hoping for a good 25-30 pages.

Greetings, by 25-30 pages you mean fully written pages or just a paragraph for each page ? Because in the first case it would account for about 18000 words, which I'm afraid is way too much for 80 CAD.
