Contest Brief

I am looking for a freelancer to help with promoting our Cancer Charity Gala dinner. It is our 15th Annual "March Fun Night Out" dinner/auction. I need a flyer that will be used to advertise the event in print and on social media. The flyer will then become the COVER of the program and custom wine label for the dinner.

I would like the theme to be "Harboring Hope for 15 Years". I envision a harbor w/ sailboats that have all the different cancer ribbons as sails, maybe a marina type building with our logo? I'm open to see your vision/talent. Our Charity is "Valley Girls & Guys" and our color is lavender (which represents ALL cancers). I have attached our logo and a program from last year where our theme was "Forecasting HOPE". I'd like the same copy at the bottom of the new flyer (new date, 15th year, and new theme - but the logo and location will remain the same, we also always incorporate the hashtag #BeTheHopeXOXO so please include that as well). I will be out of town until next Tuesday and will begin review and requests for edits. Thank you in advance.
