Make ad for about 30+- seconds, cartoon or so, with sounds and voice (accent don't matter, Indian or Arab or any English is ok) saying next:

"Old Sport Dispatch offering full dispatching coverage in the United States, loads booking, help with paperwork and services and whatever your driver else may need to operate and make that truck unit bring income to your business. Based in the land of the brave called Ukraine can provide and train for your specific needs as much staff as you'd require, dispatching and booking starts only from 1% per load, referral cut pays 0.1% lifetime on eacg load hauled. However, the business is now on hold due to the war in Ukraine, will operate again when the war is over, please save info for future cooperation."

Be creative, no specific rules, try to understand what I do and make simple cartoon with voice over it, business is about trucking industry in the USA. Improvise, be creative as you may be.
