  Hello, I would like to participate in the contest, but I would like to know a bit more so my entry can better fit what you need. In particular... What is the context for this character? My idea so far is putting this tiny, overly serious girl in a magnanimous judge robe with a very oversized and fancy hammer, you know, a very exaggerated approach, because the base concept is already kinda silly, and if It's worth doing, is worth overdoing, but maybe that's not what you want, maybe you want something more grounded, after all, there's quite several different approaches possibles to this.
