Contest Brief

Church of Animalia needs a new logo. Anyone is welcome to participate, but we feel someone with atheist/evolutionist type ideals might relate to more.

We are:
Animals first. We recognize our thoughts, decisions, behavior all are based on the same systems as many of our mammalian cousins. We, as a tradition, celebrate this in many ways.
Big on Family. Very important for developing children. Parents spending constructive quality time with their children is important.
Understanding. We recognize we can't run around pounding our chests all day. We strive to find balance between our roots and the unnatural environment we've created for ourselves.
Are scientists. Our only faith is based on the practice of well documented and researched science.
We will not be tamed! We will hold on to our values and will not let society decide how we think or feel. We grow and change in the direction of our choosing.

We hope to work with the artist on developing the rest of our designs as well.

    Thanks for all the early entries. There a few entries with crosses in them. Crosses are typically affiliated with Christianity, which we are not. Our "God" is considered to be the Sun.
