I am working on doing an advertising campaign and I would like to get a brochure in order to inform potential clients about our services.

Brochure text content:
When people read the brochure they must understand that AMERICAN FLOOR MASTERS CORP. is specialized on doing tile, marble, and ceramics installation either on flooring or walls. But have to inform that we can also do the complete renovation – Kitchen remodeling, Bathroom remodeling, custom millwork and total gut renovation.

Do not forget to mention that we guarantee customer peace of mind.

Brochure design:
We need an 8, 5” by 14” TRIFOLD brochure. (Brochure printing format is attached)
Company Logo is also attached
I need it to be original, do not copy please
Have to be full color
Must be creative and have images
Must be catchy

REMEMBER THE VISUAL IS VERY IMPORTANT TO GIVE THE 1ST IMPRESSION, BUT ALSO HAVE IN MIND THAT THE TEXT IS WHAT GIVE THE SOUL TO THE COSTUMER ABOUT OUR COMPANY AND WHY THEY MUST HIRE US.

IMPORTANT: If you feel that you are good and the best option for doing just the designing part (visual and graphic part), then we can get someone else to do the content writing (text and brochure concept). Please send you mock up any way.
I will award the project based in the creativity and text and presentation.

    First off, sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I met with my operational team and strategist in order to come up with a better concept for our Company going forward. The business market is headed more towards home improvements and remodeling work, that focusing just on floors would shrink our marketing base. Therefore, we created a new d.b.a. called Keen Improvements. We chose the name based on the meticulous care and prompt attention given to details. Also, as mentioned before, the strategy is to bring the client's attention to the fact that, apart from doing wood, ceramic, marble, and granite floors, we also offer complete remodeling of bathrooms. If you guys can rework the brochure ideas to encompass a broader range of services, I would love to see what you come up with.     Hello, please clarify a little confusion; in the template you've provided, the text about safe zone, trim line, bleed, borders, is displayed vertically.

    In the final design, do you need the text flow to be the same way (vertically, just as in your template), or do you need it to be horizontal?

    Hi, if you don't get what you want perhaps you should consider splitting the contest so that the design and content writing aspects are separate. Those of us who can write are not always the best designers and vice versa.

    Brochure folding is tri-fold and design orientation is horizontal . We will not pay atention to the ones in another format.
