I am looking for a freelancer to create a cute cartoon character from some photos I provide of an actual human character. The colors should be vibrant, and overall look cute.

The deliverables will be a PNG/JPG and the working files in Adobe Illustrator as I may be animating it later on. See sample of the style I like, attached.

Hi CH! If you could #increaseprize I can make you a really high quality Pixar like character (Also you'll attract more contestants), I think $20 is really low prize even for 2D toons...
