Contest Brief

Looking for help with logo design.
I want to make this sign into a logo or at least a part of it ...."Lake Sunset" with the Sun as the logo and then that logo on a sign like one in photo. Later will want other "Lake Sunset" designs.
Same colors at the photo only not so old. Brown sign, Yellow letters, orange sun close to sign colors. I like the retro feel of this sign. I like these simple fonts but if you want to play around with fonts that is fine. I do want "lake" and "sunset" to be different fonts. The sun can go anywhere you want to try it but when doing the sign, I like it as is placement wise.
