Contest Brief

The most interesting part of working with amazing people is seeing the results of their creative fiter. By this I mean the way they use their experience and skill to solve a problem....In this case I need a logo for my app which is a mortgage calculator that allows the user to prequalify themselves and learn their max home price, current mortgage rate, most efficient use of down payment funds and then see all the houses for which they could be approved to purchase. They need answer only 4 questions and it takes less than 30 seconds.

Users can also use the tool to evaluate various scenarios like impact of selling a property on a new home purchase as well as assess the impacts of their credit score, monthly debt, and income

I have searched for house and calculator related icons and illustrations on depositphotos, envato market, envato elements, adobe stock, creative market and more and haven't found anything that works.

I am looking for something that represents value proposition which is giving prospective homeowners the information they need to make confident real estate decisions so they can create wealth and well being for their families and generations to come.

I would prefer something a little more minimal and modern in terms of styling but am open to something more detailed if it tells the story most effectively. I will make myself available to promptly answer any questions you may have and provide feedback to help you iterate.

Last but not least, I will award a minimum $40US bonus to anyone that comes up with a name for the tool that we end up formally using.

Hello sir
There are many details in the application.
We don't mind designing it.
But it must be clarified what is more important to highlight by design.
What do you want the customer to get?
Accuracy, speed, reliability, investment, security, or what?
You must specify exactly what you want
Then you leave us creativity in shapes, colors and implementation
Or at least evaluate the current results offered to see which path you want to take
Do you want an application icon? Or a logo for a website or something else
