Contest Brief

I need a new and unique design for the Eisenhower Matrix.

There are many existing designs (please Google them) however I need something that I can use commercially.

I have attached 3 different designs here. Features I am looking for:
1. I would like the quadrants numbered
2. I would like the axis labelled (ie. important vs urgent)
3. I would like the boxes to also have some additional text, such as: 1. Do, 2. Schedule, 3. Delegate, 4. Eliminate

The image will be used in presentations and videos and online, so I need a high resolution version.

It needs to look very professional, clean, and clear.

I would like the file supplied in PSD format with editable text layers.
