Contest Brief

Goal is to have a clip of roughly 7 seconds as an introduction for my music videos (I plan to open a channel called "P.S. Musician" on YouTube). The logo and animation should be "clean and simple". As many music pieces will be 8-bit music (= video game music), the logo / animation can also have a slight video-game touch (e.g. slightly pixelated).

Dear all,
Ideas for 1) Logo and 2) animation are still welcome. Please note the following:
- The photo of myself is not intended for direct use! It is intended as a template for any potential 2D animation, nothing else.
- Pls read the attached job description (PDF File): Goal is to have a logo and some 2D character animations. The character animations are not a "must" in case you have alternative ideas regarding the animation (e.g. just animated the logo itself, etc.), but would of course be a big plus.

Dear all, thanks so much for the nice ideas so far! I will start giving specific feedback to the posts tomorrow.
In the meantime, I just want to highlight that the job consists of a 1) logo and 2) an animation (a simple animated figure, see attached PDF for details). The animation should be ca. 5-8s long. That said, if you have a different idea for the animation altogether, e.g. making use of your logo, let me know too: I am open for any creative input.
