**Create new company profile only**

Hi All, my previous company profle and website has served me well over the last 4 years however i need a new 'look' and add content to my company profile.

I want to create something which i can send by email, which can be printed into a a A5 landscape type brouchure with 12 pages.

Attached is our current simple company profile, images of additional projects completed which are currently not included in our profile, and information on Mikasa doors and frames.

I would like to illustrate that our partner is Mikasa doors and frames. I have also attached this broucher. I want to keep it really simple and use the follwing content only from the Mikasa brouchure:

Page 1: Mikasa Doors and Frames logo
Page 5: Use text from this page
Page 6: Use the 8 bullet points of content
Page 8: All content
Page 12: All content
Page 21: All content

I want the new profile to look 'clean' and not too heavy with black and bold colours.

**I have created a very rough draft in power point of the kind of concept I am looking for**

I have more high resolution art work where applicable but i can provide this once i choose a winner so that we can unhance the final concept.

Below is an overview about our company which will assit you further:

Archard was established to manage the entire process from design through to delivery of the door and ironmongery packages to major projects.

Our major hotel projects include Trump Tower in Baku, Azerbaijan, where we were appointed as the door and ironmongery consultant, and the supplier of the door and ironmongery hardware for the whole project. In 2017 Archard completed the supply and coordination of the ironmongery package to the Marriot Lapita Hotel at Dubai Parks and Resorts.

I have previously also had a close working relationship with Four Seasons, where we were appointed as the hardware consultant and supplier to their hotel projects in Baku, Dubai and Moscow.

Doors and Ironmongery is a complex component of any building development (marrying aesthetics, functionality and fire safety) but is unfortunately often overlooked prior to and during construction which can cause some of the biggest problems if there is no coordination between the designer, contractors, door manufacturers, access control suppliers and installers alike.

By managing the entire process from design to installation and taking full control of this package we ensure to eliminate these common issues and have successfully completed the following projects:

Lapita Marriot Hotel, Dubai Parks and Resorts / 2000 doors / Supply only ironmongery
Emirates Hospital, Jumeriah, Dubai / 500 doors / Supply only ironmongery
The Address Penthouse Apartments, Dubai / Supply only ironmongery
Ganja Shopping Centre, Azerbaijan / 400 doors / Supply and install doors and ironmongery
Caspian Waterfront Shopping Centre, Azerbaijan / 600 doors / Supply and install doors and ironmongery

    Hi Oliver,

    There really is a lot of work here. Could you please confirm the exact deiiverables you expect? Does this sound right?

    1. New logo (would you like to change colours, or keep existing?)
    2. Design for 2 A5 horizontal brochures - 8 pages and 12 pages
    3. Layout concept for new website (ie. landing page or similar)

    Surely you do not expect a fully functioning website to also be created for this right now. You can decide the look you want, then hire the winner or someone else to then develop it fully after the contest.
