Contest Brief

I need to develop 4 corporative websites on wordpress:

The first is the main company: its about the main company that groups the other three companys.
It has a little bit of information, no more than 5 pages. It needs a job portal for the other 3 companies.

The other three websites are for outsourcing services: cleaning, lifting, industry, painting, palletes, gardening, air conditioning, industrial cleaning, etc. I will develop texts for each one so you can develop the site. Again no more than 5 pages per websites.

The objective of each website is to bring leads in by phone call or filling a simple form. Also to redirect to the job portal on the main website.

Since all of the brands are related, the sites should be similar to each other, but obviously different.

I need the websites to be modern, minimalist, only absolutely necessary plugins (no more than 10). I will optimize the SEO so you dont have to.

The sites are for companies in Guatemala, so spanish is the main language. I can speak english very well and I need someone who can communicate with me regularly, preferible in spanish but english is ok too.
