Design a custom True Type Font (TTF)

Contest Brief

We need a custom font created for an upcoming project. This custom font needs to have a Norse/Viking look and must look highly artist and stylized. The font should have 3 important elements included:
1) The main part of the font are large English letters that are easy to read, but look Norse/Viking.
2) Organic lines need to be above and below each letter
3) 1 unique small Elder Futhark rune should be above each English letter (corresponding to the English equivalent) and above the line (see example) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elder_Futhark

This project includes both upper and lower case letters as well as numbers.

We will only consider applications from freelancers who provide 1 letter mocked up as a sample of their ability. Please attach a JPG of the sample letter.

  Please let us know how many letters and numbers are included in the all font. it's important to understand the quantity of work that need to be done for each letter and the whole work in order to make a proper estimate of the price and deliver a professional design work.

Thank you for the submission. The first font submission looks too technical, needs to have an antique feel (see project attachments as well as similar existing TTF fonts)
