Contest Brief

We recently opened a pastry coffee shop and decided to call it "Noisette patisserie boulangerie". We serve French pastries, fresh croissants and baguettes, sandwiches, crepes, all types of coffee and cold beverages like smoothies and ice cappuccinos. We are situated in a little village on the Island of Montreal looking on to the waterfront. In the summer the spot attracts lots of tourists and in winter, locals and students from the nearby college and university campus. The coffee shop benefits from a large terrace overlooking the water and the interior is a bit rustic.
