I'm looking for a logo branding for - InstaRoom

Caption: Smarter room finder !

This is online portal to advertise rooms and flatshare by people. I'm looking for a professional trendy logo with good colours. You can try with name font also create as a separate logo.
- Logo need to be on both white and dark colour background
- final files need to be on various sizes incl favicorn
- file formats for web and printing with high resolution along with original files
- final files should also include png to go on any other background
