Contest Brief

I have included a picture of the design that resonates with me but we also need it to be different. This picture is just a guide. What I liked about it is, there are so many foods to be listed on our guide that it can look overwhelming and this design makes it easy to look at without feeling overwhelmed. This is not a paleo food list. It is our own Are You Really Healthy food list. The goal is to make these documents look professional, clean, easy to read with some flare. This is a downloadable "guide" to help people have more success with their lifestyle/dietary change journey. We are looking to get these back as soon as possible.

The main colors in our logo and on our site are:
- Blue (#0F6688)
- Green (#44874B)
- Gray (#545454)

Fonts used:
Headlines - Oswald
content - Open Sans
