Contest Brief

I would like alternative designs for the front and back cover of an upcoming book. I am not in love with the current design and want something much better. There may be restrictions on how many colors can be used so please submit at least one entry with the same.number of colors used in the attached file. If you'd like to incorporate the picture in the cover image somehow, that is fine as an idea. It does not have to be a box photo.

The book is an autobiography which covers a span of 100 years. I have uploaded the design provided by the publisher but do not like it. Winner will be asked the complete design in the exact specifications provided by the author.
