Do some 3D Modelling for bathroom VR in unity 3D

Contest Brief

Make a 3d model of the attached image with lighting and textures in Unity 3D which should be optimised for Virtual reality and send me a android apk of the same.
The FPS should be 60 on samsung galaxy c7 pro and nearby phones.
The best work gets the award and contract to work on 20 other models.
REALISM IS CORE
ALL THE BEST.
in case of any doubts let me know, we need to use these models in our exsiting application where we help users change tiles on floor and wall dynamically.

Almost done, the retopology tool I used can't make the models low enough for mobile so I am just going to fix that by hand and I will be done.

Hi. I will be making the models and a APK file so you can see them working on mobile. This will take some time. If you want the APK to be interactive (Change tiles and such) I will ask you to increase the prize.

  the model needs to be in unity 3d and not google sketchup or any other software, because we need to use this model to our existing unity 3d app.

  since our application(where we need to add these models) is built in unity, we can't work on unreal.

  coding will be simple, you just need to place a VR camera, in the scene and display fps on it. so that i am able to decide.
  in case you find it difficult, then send me the project zip file of the model, i'll do that.
