Draw a Panda, that winks

Hello Freelancers,
I need somebody, who can draw a cute Panda that winks with one eye (not so realistic, but recognisable). The Panda should be completely on the picture and the picture should be created with computer and have a transparent background. Also only use Black, White and two additional colors. Please scale the Picture to 4000*4000 pixels. So I can scale it down if I need to. You also have to assign all rights to me. So please do not signature the picture.
If you create the picture the way i want it to be, I will ask you for future projects one week before i put the order on freelancer.
