Contest Brief

Just need a stamp from the top of one document (Director list) to be superimposed on the other document (shareholder sheet) along with the date which is written in the stamp at the top (not the other mention of date in te agreement) to change "9th of April, 2021" Also, the watermark at bottom to be transferred as well. The key is that it should look like actually stamped and scanned as it does now.
