Contest Brief

I am a business mentor who works with small businesses ($300,000 to $2m turnover and or up to 15 employees)
I have regular sessions with the business owner to teach them how to build a business in the areas of finance, recruitment, team building, marketing, sales and systems.
When i start with a business owner, i need to clearly demonstrate how i can grow his business quickly to cover the fairly significant financial investment they make in me.
So i developed a way to go through their business with a magnifying glass and find the money they are leaving on table, I usually uncover in excess of $100,000 they can make in the next year if they do what i tell them to do.
This system is an online tool that you enter in some basic data from company financials, have a short session with me and produces a report with up to 17 strategies they can put into place either on their own or by working with me.
The tool was initially developed to help other mentors but for now I am just using it to generate leads in my own business.
The online website is yet to be developed but will be along the lines of findmyfee.com
but will be called findyourcash.global
If the system doesnt find at least $100,000 extra cash the report is free other wise its $195
