Contest Brief

We have a logo for a Classified app, in the final draft, we will provide the design and color.

We need a graphic designer who is:
1. Familiar with vector drawings in Illustrator.
2. Solid grasp of the theory of the golden ratio, If you don't know what that is please don't bother.
3. Has experience working with Chinese character as the logo is in a single Chinese character.

We need a professional graphic designer to:

1. Create from scratch the main character of the logo 奇 so that it a) fits nicely in the golden ratio. b) when tilted 90degrees we can clearly see the word KIWI (see kiwi.jpg). c) The final Chinese character 奇 MUST be recognizable to a Chinese.
DONT COPY MY CHARACTER IT MUST BE ORIGINAL

2. colors and design provided

3. Make the bottom three colors ratio fit the golden ratio.

4. Make the left side of the logo straight and right side rounded so the finished logo looks like a book (i.e.: logo draft.jpg).

5. Style of logo to be Flat and minimal think IOS7

6. Demonstrated with a golden ratio layered image of the final logo so we can see all design elements fits nicely in the Golden ratio.

7. Deliver in a) Adobe Illustrator format b) JPEG 1080 pixels x 1080 pixels 100pixel/inch RGB (Any work not to spec will be passed).

To Sum up you will hand in 3 files:
1. illustrator logo file (in screen grab jpg to show you have done it in vector and in illustrator file if you win)
2. logo in jpeg
3. layered ratio on top on logo jpg

DO NOT deliver multiple versions of the same design, DO NOT deliver any other files we JUST want these three files. (illustrator screen grab jpg)
