Contest Brief
Bliss Music Festival is a new one-day festival in downtown Concord, CA that is geared to the 25 to 45-year-old set and features two stages of original live music, craft beer, food trucks, hooping arts, a silent disco, and maker faire.
We are looking for a bold, vibrant, colorful and creative logo/graphic that embodies the spirit of community, creativity and fun.
A couple of ideas to spur you on . . . (These are ideas ONLY. Please feel free to submit your own concepts.) A group of people dancing or holding hands around a music note. A progression of silhouettes from cave man to a “hooping millennial”
The winning image will be the centerpiece for the event flyer, social media badge and website.
The graphic text needs to read “City of Concord presents Bliss Music Festival”. (If you can work in the actual Concord logo, all the better.)

We have selected the winner. (Unfortunately, our poll was hacked by one of the designers which invalidated the results. Thus the winning design was selected by my supervisors.) Aside from that, I enjoyed corresponding with all of you and appreciate your good work. Wishing you the best and I will keep you in mind for future projects.

#5 : Nice, clean, yet dynamic and fun design! I like the color choices. I'd like to see the last two silhouettes with something more obviously musical, and maybe play around with "Bliss Music Festival" font to make the festival name "pop" more. Thanks for your work!

Hi Trevor. I rather like the colors you have in your "Tiger emblem". Complementary and bold blues and yellows; but don't be afraid to throw in a splash of other color as well.

Feedback for #1 : I like your direction and use of the Concord logo. How about making the Concord "sun" a more prominent part of the design, and starting with maybe the third silhouette, show a progression with a dancer, a musician, someone hooping, etc.
