Contest Brief

I am looking for a facade design for my house!

It is a simple project as you have the dwg file of the house. I am just looking for you to combine materials and colors in order for the house to look modern.

I am looking for different model ideas I may like. Please have in mind the rooftop and terraces are part of the facade and need to be developed as well. The rooftop will be used as a big terrace with a pool, barbecue and a sitting area. Both the terraces and the roof need to have a seamless shading system. I will require the .dwg file of the contest winner as well as photo renders from all sides of the house and the roof.

Note: Please state materials and colors used in your model as well as the approximate expense per m2 those materials may cost!
