Contest Brief

Hi. Instagram has stopped my personal and business instagram accounts from working, for no reason that I can figure out.
Problems with personal account :
I cannot follow any new accounts, post any stories, or post texts in photo posts.
Instagram advises that I am violating community guidelines. However, the attempted posts are 100% not violations, as they are general photos of the beach or puppies, for example.
I have messaged Instagram and reported the problem for 6 months, with no response.
The only thing I can think of is that I dropped my old iphone off a boat into the ocean and got a new phone around the time it started happening. So maybe they think my new phone logging in to instagram is a hacker?
If I post on instagram the story is deleted but the linked facebook account will still keep the story. So only instagram's algorithm deletes it....

Business account :
My business can post photos and stories. However, when my business associates (companies that have working relationships with my company) create a story or a post with my company tagged in it, the post is deleted. I am notified that I have been tagged in a post, but when I click on the associates instagram account there is no story/post.
I can tag the associate back in a story, and they can re-post.

I will pay $100 Canadian (CAD) to whoever tells me how to fix both accounts.
