Contest Brief

Looking for an interior designer to make a rendering for our kitchen / living area. Design cabinets, wall colors, floors and the bridge. The ceilings in the family room are 16 ft. In the kitchen they are 8 ft. The yellow walls are gone, but there are posts.

We want a walkway along the tan wall. ( a balcony will be added later, so there has to be a door and walkway)
First project is an open kitchen and living area. But we have a lot more projects. We are looking to find someone that can help us with a lot of projects.
The gutted pictures is the current situation.
We like black metal, rustic, wooden beams, marble / quartz counter tops, wooden accents. Looking for a design style. ( floors, cabinet color, back splash, wall color etc.)

    My entry #11 its not something related to your design , its a sample rendering and a design that i can produce.
    moreover you should increase your price so to get more traffic on your contest ..and good designers will work on it.
    it ll be good for you and the freelancer also..as they will be paid good amount for there good work. and ultimately you too will get good work.
