Contest Brief

Design a microsoft word letterhead template based on existing logo and with details provided. THe doctors details text should be editable to that 2 doctors can edit it according to their name and qualifications. Logo will be provided. It must be done in A4 size.

Website: Drhansa.com (simple google website - the design should NOT be based on the website. The letterhead design must be based on the logo)

Logo and business cards as well as old letterhead can be seen in attached files.
As this is a contest, please post the custom made letterheads, for this project, dont just post a standard template!
Fonts are attached, so use those.
