Contest Brief

Looking for a logo and banner design for my company Jack Silver Therapy , which is a hypnotherapy business.

Attached is a mock up of the kind of idea i like (created by myself using images i don't own the copyright too.) Ideally I would like the mocked up image on a black bacground with silver text, but open too other ideas, other fonts, etc but must be as good or better than the image i have posted.
