UPDATE: I think incorporating a plant, leaf or something that represents the green area of the development that would be good. that's just an idea because the current logos are far from close to my expectations.

We are a new property development and require a logo for our first precinct (multiple stages) of the development (new homes).

Our first precinct is called "Calder Green". It has this name because it is close to the "Calder Freeway" and the area is very green with rolling hills.

The first precinct will be promoted as a premium place to live with large houses and is targeted at 2nd and 3rd home buyers.

We need a logo that is simple and elegant. I'd like to see a symbol as part of the logo but I'm happy to see ideas that don't have symbols too. Let your imagination run wild.

I think using the colour green is important because of the name and I'm also happy to have other colours mixed with it. I do like the idea of green and gold but I feel you as a graphic designer will offer all kinds of ideas.

The person who wins this competition will have the opportunity to do other graphic design work for us on the project which could go for 10 years.

These are generic/overly used logos placed on mockups to trick your eyes.... Nothing unique... AUD$220 for a logo that you can buy cheaply or download for free. :)
