Contest Brief

We need a logo for our company which is engaged in Prop Tech or Real Estate Platform with the latest technology, the name we use for our Tech/Platform is "Squaremetre" or "m2".

ABOUT US AT A GLANCE:
Broadly speaking, our company provides an innovative real estate platform (such as a marketplace) that can be accessed via IOS, Android and also in website form. Our main focus is to become a third party that provides end-to-end solutions for real estate developers to market their products. them (apartments, resorts, houses, land, etc.) to customers with a much wider and much easier reach through our platform.

Our platform enables real estate/property developers to:
- Displays all important information of their products (Prices, facilities, 360 tours, legal documents, etc.)
- Simplifying the "purchase experience" with a "buy now" interface, equipped with a payment gateway that makes the process much simpler and faster.
- Provide stock updates automatically to all channels (agents) with an easy and simple communication system.
- Property/Real estate developers have separate dashboard pages to manage their respective projects, manage all their sales agents with their respective stocks, and monitor sales results
- Save time for real estate developers in managing their assets and marketing at low cost

All of the points above are carried out through 1 platform that we created.

LOGO DESIGN REQUIREMENTS:
- The logo must have the following elements and can be used as a single unit or separately:
• Logomarks (m2)
• Logotype (Squaremetre)
• Combination of logomark and logotype
- We want our logo to be modern, simple, and it will be an added value if it can be "techy"
- The colors we want to use (But we are open to other color choices) are:
• Hex #002245
• Hex #00aeff
• alternative colors: Hex #39a935
