    Contest Holder,

Once you award someone, the contest winner would receive the prize money, regardless of whether or not s/he can actually implement whatever it is has been proposed. That’s how contests work here.

In other words, you may end up paying someone £100.00 simply for sharing why they’re “perfect for [the] job.”

One week for a comprehensive marketing plan isn’t enough time, and that prize amount is far too low.

From what you described in the Contest Brief, you’d have been better off posting a project instead.
