Contest Brief

This is the commercial building at our new up and coming resort.
This resort is on a Caribbean island with year round sunsets on the Caribbean ocean. This location has compelling views and endless skyline. See location and site plan attached.
The plans attached reflect the building as currently designed. We must keep the foot print of the lower level wine cellar/cistern/office and pump room. We must also keep the main floor plan which has the kitchen equipment per plan. We are however open to changing the roof lines and upper level. The upper level is intended to be a Italian Bakery Retail store on one side and a Pizzeria Italian Restaurant with Bar on the other side. A nice dinning area over looking the ocean for the restaurant. We also wanted to keep the bakery and pizzeria at easy access for quick grab and go bite or take out orders. We need to keep those spaces for operations but are objective to configuration change.

We need a fresh exterior rendering reflecting Mediterranean meets beachy Caribbean architecture.
However, most importantly is to see good looking building from the ocean and upper level entry.

I want to see a beautiful front and rear elevation with a nice roof plan. We do plan on installing solar panels on the roof.

We added 2 - 3d view renderings and these reflect what we don't like about the massing of the building for reference.

Materials were planning on using on the building are as follows:
- Glass railings
- Stucco
-White shell stone for some feature walls
-White shell stone for flooring
-South American hardwood for framing
-Walabal Shingles
- Topical landscaping

    intresting, but im not sure i dont know. maybe you should #extended the project. 3days looks short if you provide PDF only. I think we dont have many options for roof according the flat plan design and symetric design. well lets see what we have.
