Contest Brief

I have two examples of the same image, but they're very old and the quality is very bad. What I need is whatever can be taken from these to be vectorized. The good news is that it's already partly done. I've included the finished part as "ribbon.svg".

EDIT: There's a very small image floating around the internet with the real colours, so I put that in too hoping it helps.
