Contest Brief
The job is to provide the following three items for an office space.
1. interior design (your creativity)
2. 3D floor plan
3. 3D rendering from best angles (to showcase your design)
To keep the job simple and save your hours, we do not ask for any variations. Just throw your best design and win the prize that's all!
About the office space:
The space is for a digital and creative marketing agency, which has a team of 6-8 staff members in total.
The office is located on the ground floor, which has two entrance doors, one facing the street and one facing inside the building. Visitors may come from both entrances. The office is two units combined (unit 1 79sqm and Unit 2 52sqm). The partition wall between the two units will be removed.
The office fit-out will use economical materials.
Office layout: 1. a reception, 2. minimum of two meeting rooms, 3. a kitchenette and cupboards for storage, 4. office cubicles for catering 6-8 office desks
Desired atmosphere: modern, minimalist and welcoming
Wall - white
Ceiling - white
Floor - laminated timber floor
